Bamboo Skewer Conveyor Grill
The first of its kind, the worlds first portable conveyor grill capable of rotating wooden bamboo skewers, Mukhtar’s patented design has revolutionized and opened up a world of opportunities for outdoor caterers and restaurateurs alike, as the grill is capable of being used with either natural or LPG gas, the grill knows no limits and can be used pretty much anywhere. When not been used outside it can be rolled indoors and used in a restaurant or commercial environment due to the high volume output or folded away until needed.

Mukhtar Commercial open burner Cookers are the next stage in our journey of continuous improvement. Sleeker in design, and built to accommodate the demands of today’s most passionate chefs. The Cookers are available in a variety of Burner ranges built bespoke from 1 to 20 High Power and high output, dual ring cast-iron burners delivering outstanding heat control & thermal efficiency.
For Gas savings, the cookers are fitted with “Pilot Lights” – which enable the burner to be switched off and when the valve is turned on the burner self ignites.

Mukhtar’s Commercial open burner Cookers are the next stage in our journey of continuous improvement. Sleeker in design, and built to accommodate the demands of today’s most passionate chefs. The Cookers are available in a variety of Burner ranges built bespoke from 1 to 20 High Power and high output, dual ring cast-iron burners delivering outstanding heat control & thermal efficiency.
For Gas savings the cookers are fitted with “Pilot Lights” – which enable the burner to be switched off and when the valve is turned on the burner self ignites.

Mukhtaq Commercial / industrial fryers are built from a fully stainless steel construction with 316 grade wire belts. The machine features variable speed control and an automatic oil temperature control system.
The range of Fryers are designed especially for frying Samosas, Spring Rolls, Pakora, Onion Bhajis etc. The food is evenly fried to golden perfection.
Our continues Fryers allows a wide range of products to be fried to a constant quality standard. Capacity is dependent on the belt width and belt length, as these fryers are built bespoke, various widths and lengths of conveyors can be built as well as a choice of actual frying length depending on the product.
The conveyor fryers can be heated by gas or electricity.

Made entirely from Stainless Steel with twin razor sharp blades, capable of blending milling and processing, ideal for liquidized food particular curry paste, nuts, herbs and spices, really smooth smoothies, soups, sauces, frozen fruits and can even crush ice.
Tilting action for easy emptying of contents and a special Hopper design which ensures the food is always thoroughly blended. Features metal clamps to hold large leak proof lid tightly shut
